WebbyLab is a Ukrainian IT outsourcing company. We develop scalable and feature-rich Web and Mobile applications using NodeJs, React, React Native, PHP stack. We have successfully completed projects for Daimler Mercedes-Benz, Bayer, Pfizer, Uber, Ezlo, etc.
Currently, our company consists of more than 130 unique specialists. We are aimed at expanding our team up to 200 members that will share our values, inspire and improve with us achieving all set goals.
In order to strengthen our team we are looking for a Sales Manager, a person in love with sales who knows how to work with customers, and is familiar with the full-cycle sales process (from generating leads to signing an offer).
A little about the projects that you will have to work on:
2Smart Cloud is a platform for bringing IoT (smart) devices to market. This platform is created for business and DIY users. It makes it possible to quickly prepare a compatible firmware of a smart device and configure the ability to control devices from a multifunctional mobile application.
Propuskator is an access control and management system with modern methods of opening doors, gates and barriers (mobile application, voice commands, etc.). It is suitable for both business and home use and includes proprietary controllers developed by the company.

We expect from you:

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience in an IT company;

  • Experience in working with a full cycle of sales - from lead generation to signing a contract;

  • Experience with B2B, B2C;

  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills;

  • Strong skills of self-organization and time management;

  • Client-oriented approach, the ability to understand the needs of the client;

  • Knowledge of various methods and channels of sales;

  • Excellent writing skills, ability to set out thoughts clearly and briefly;

  • Upper Intermediate level of English and higher.

You`ll work on:

  • Searching and attracting new clients in existing areas;

  • Expanding the client base;

  • Presenting the product to potential customers;

  • Negotiating with clients, identifying their needs and building long-term relationships;

  • Generating ideas on the ways of improving trading activity.
