Junior IT Recruiter
WebbyLab is a Ukrainian IT outsourcing company. We develop scalable and feature-rich Web and Mobile applications using NodeJs, React, React Native, PHP stack. We have successfully completed projects for Daimler Mercedes-Benz, Bayer, Pfizer, Uber, Ezlo, etc.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior IT Recruiter who will help us attract top talent, ensuring both quality and efficiency. Our WebbyLab People Development team consists of three members, united by a common goal – growing together with the company. As part of our team, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating closely with hiring managers and partners to craft efficient hiring strategies and build meaningful, trust-based relationships.
Your skill set:
- Upper-Intermediate level of English (both verbal and written communication);
- 6+ months of experience in a similar role or completed recruitment courses;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively both verbally and in writing;
- Strong time management skills and the ability to organize your work efficiently;
- Understanding of key sourcing channels and tools for finding candidates;
- A passion for sourcing and the ability to identify the right candidates in the most efficient way.
Would be a plus:
- Understanding of the Ukrainian IT market;
- The ability to discuss technologies, frameworks, and libraries with candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, primarily for junior positions;
- Source and expand the candidate pool, utilizing LinkedIn, specialized platforms, and other channels;
- Conduct candidate screenings (evaluating English level, technical experience, and soft skills);
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process;
- Maintain candidate data in the ATS system (we use Hurma);
- Continuously learn and grow as a recruiter.
