Presentation for PM Community
This week, as part of the PM Community WebbyLab, our PM Masha conducted an excellent presentation with an overview of the top books for managers from our library: PMBoK 6, PMP Exam Prep Rita Mulcahy and PMBoK 7.
She talked about the benefits, features of presenting information and approaches to effective reading. We also shared insights, got inspired, tuned in to positive thinking and productive work.
At the end of the presentation in a playful way, Masha drew the attention of managers to the fact that sometimes “commend yourself” is a challenging task. Being able to draw a conclusion, not dwell on failures and notice the positive aspects is very important, especially for a manager who manages an entire project and is able to influence the mood of the entire team.
