Junior People Manager
WebbyLab is a Ukrainian IT outsourcing company. We develop scalable and feature-rich Web and Mobile applications using NodeJs, React, React Native, PHP stack. We have successfully completed projects for Daimler Mercedes-Benz, Bayer, Pfizer, Uber, Ezlo, etc.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for an organized and responsible Junior People Manager. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of psychology and the ability to find an individual approach to each person. You should value the importance of measuring the company’s atmosphere and be skilled in analyzing and calculating key HR metrics. In this role, you will support the adaptation of new employees, manage internal communications, and actively contribute to various HR processes within the company.
Your skill set:
- Experience in a field related to People Management;
- Higher education in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields;
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
- Ability to plan and organize your work;
- Attention to detail in managing internal communications and documentation;
- Ability to work in a team, active lifestyle, and positive attitude;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
Would be a plus:
- Understanding of the Ukrainian IT market;
- Experience working with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms).
Responsibilities:
- Adapt new specialists and support the onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with the team;
- Be an HR mentor and provide comprehensive support to employees;
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics;
- Integrate and effectively manage HRM tools;
- Actively support and coordinate company events;
- Develop and implement employee motivation systems;
- Collaborate with the team to implement the company’s HR projects;
- Enhance brand recognition and strengthen its market position.
