At WebbyLab, we are looking for a Trainee Node.js Developer – someone who knows JavaScript, is familiar with Node.js, understands how REST APIs work, and can use Git. We don’t promise easy tasks, but we guarantee real professional growth and a supportive environment where it’s safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and keep learning.
Your skill set:
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript and Node.js;
- Experience with databases: SQL (PostgreSQL) / NoSQL (MongoDB);
- Understanding of Promises, async/await, basics of asynchronous programming;
- Knowledge of REST API, HTTP principles;
- Elementary experience with Git;
- Basic experience with Docker or understanding of containerization principles;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- Ability to learn on your own, responsibility, proactivity.
Would be a plus:
- Basic understanding of CI/CD processes;
- Your own pet projects, participation in hackathons;
- Higher education in IT, engineering or related fields;
- Studying at specialized courses or a certificate of graduation.
