Assistant to CHRO
WebbyLab is a Ukrainian IT outsourcing company. We develop scalable and feature-rich Web and Mobile applications using NodeJs, React, React Native, PHP stack. We have successfully completed projects for Daimler Mercedes-Benz, Bayer, Pfizer, Uber, Ezlo, etc.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for an organized and responsible Assistant to the CHRO who will support the onboarding processes for new employees, manage internal communications, actively participate in the company’s HR projects, and organize events. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire for professional development in HR.
Your skill set:
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
- Desire to learn and grow as a professional in the HR field;
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data regarding employee engagement and satisfaction;
- Attention to detail in internal communications and documentation management;
- Ability to work in a team, active lifestyle, and positive attitude;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with people at all levels of the organization;
- Ability to plan and organize your work.
Would be a plus:
- Higher education in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields;
- Experience working in HR;
- Understanding of the Ukrainian IT market;
- Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms).
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new specialists;
- Collect and analyze information about employee engagement and satisfaction;
- Maintain the HRM system and internal communications across all corporate messengers;
- Develop the brand and manage company resources on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, and the company website;
- Organize and participate in events such as online and offline meetings, webinars, corporate courses, volunteer and charity actions, and demo presentations;
- Develop and order corporate merchandise for employees and clients, and organize gifts for corporate events and holidays;
- Congratulate employees on their birthdays and work anniversaries;
- Collaborate with other team members to implement HR projects within the company.
