System Administrator/DevOps

WebbyLab is a Ukrainian IT outsourcing company. We develop scalable and feature-rich Web and Mobile applications using NodeJs, React, React Native, PHP stack. We have successfully completed projects for Daimler Mercedes-Benz, Bayer, Pfizer, Uber, Ezlo, etc.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a System Administrator/DevOps who is passionate about the fintech industry and has deep knowledge of Linux, Docker, and Ansible.If you have a passion for information security and the ability to deploy, manage, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, VMware), we want to see you in our team.

Your Skill Set:

• Experience in a similar role for at least 2.5 years;
• Profound knowledge of Linux (networking, security, fault tolerance);
• Understanding of SSL/TLS principles, ability to use related tools;
• Understanding of security principles, methods, and protocols;
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker);
• Experience in deploying, managing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, VMware);
• Experience in setting up and operating MySQL, Percona (clustering, replication, monitoring, fault tolerance);
• Profound knowledge of Ansible workflow;
• Knowledge of analysis and troubleshooting tools;
• Understanding of software development life cycle and IT processes.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in payment systems/fintech industry;
• Understanding the principles of continuous integration and continuous delivery;
• Practical skills in developing policies, rules, and procedures;
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools;
• Experience in implementing and maintaining PCI DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure;
• Professional knowledge of IT standards and security audits;
• Understanding of GitOps and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities:

• Operation of a software and hardware complex for working with payment systems in the fintech industry;
• Deploying, managing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, VMware);
• Support for software (solution for internet acquiring) upgrade processes;
• Setting up and operation of logging and monitoring systems;
• Maintaining the document management system;
• Analyzing, troubleshooting, and interacting with providers;
• Data backup and recovery;
• Passing PCI DSS level 1 certification once a year (every year).
