The brief
MHP is Ukraine’s largest agro-industrial holding, with products supplied to more than 80 countries around the world. Today, MHP is:
- The leading poultry meat producer in Europe with 1.14$ billion revenue;
- Ukraine’s major producer of the meat processing industry.
Challenge
1. The customer’s “pain point” was too much communication between managers and customers via phone/email regarding products, orders, complaints, etc. As a result, managers responsible for customers and sales were overwhelmed.
2. Customers were not sufficiently informed about the implementation of their sales plan, deliveries, financial reports, etc.
Solution
According to our customer’s requirements, we created two portals for MHP: one for domestic trades and one for export trades.
- Creating a B2B portal for domestic trades and a mobile application for 1.5k end users was the optimal decision for automating MHP’s domestic trade operations. For implementing this solution we had a limited timeline — 2 months.
- Creating a B2B portal for export trades was the optimal solution for solving the issues of MHP’s export operations. For implementing this solution we had a limited timeline — 3 months.
Results
As a result of the team’s work, a web application with a user and an administrator interfaces, as well as a mobile application, were implemented. About 150 export customers and partners of the company periodically visit the portal to check data on their deliveries or to generate reports without involving the manager into the process. Managers also have the ability to log into a customer’s account to verify data in case of problematic cases. The workload on managers has decreased by 25%.

B2B Portal for domestic trades
The delivered B2B portal for MHP’s domestic trades is integrated with the accounting system, SAP ERP, corporate banking acquiring, ABM Rinkai TMS. The delivered solution allows users:
- Overview company’s product list;
- Place an order, pay for it & track it;
- Track the sales plan’s performance;
- Distributors can check the company’s financial indicators (credit limit, receivables, overdue receivables, available limit);
- Exchange messages ;
- Use automated customer care provided with a chatbot.
B2B Portal for export trades
The delivered B2B portal for MHP’s export trades is integrated with SAP ERP and allows users:
- Overview company’s product catalog;
- See the sales plan’s performance;
- View the shipment list;
- Track all order parameters;
- Distributors can check their company’s financial indicators ;
- Generate two report types: statement of account and account receivable.
