Overview
Euroline is one of Ukraine’s leading footwear retailers. At the time of implementation, their product catalog included over 13,000 SKUs — today that number has grown to more than 30,000. WebbyLab integrated WebbyPIM as the single system of record for Euroline’s entire product catalog, centralizing data management and automating synchronization across all sales channels.
Challenge
Euroline was managing a large product range spread across multiple sales channels at once. The core problem: the same SKUs had inconsistent data across different platforms. Product managers were updating information manually on each channel separately, which increased the risk of errors and made scaling difficult. Beyond syncing across sales channels, the system also needed to connect to the client’s internal database — so that new products would flow into PIM automatically as they were added.
What Euroline needed was a solution that would:
– bring the entire product catalog into one place
– automatically push updates across all sales channels
– sync with the internal database to pick up new SKUs without manual input
– protect data from duplicates and inconsistencies
– come with a dedicated support team ready to build custom features as business needs evolved
Solution
WebbyLab implemented WebbyPIM — its own product information management system — as the single source of truth for Euroline’s catalog. The system was configured to fit the business, connected to the client’s internal database, and integrated with all sales channels. Any update made in the catalog now automatically syncs across every connected channel in one click, and new products appear in PIM without any manual work.

Scope of Work
Business Analysis
Before kicking off, we ran a thorough audit: reviewed the existing catalog structure, data formats across systems, the specifics of each sales channel, and synchronization requirements. This gave us a clear picture of the integration architecture and helped us avoid surprises during import.
Catalog Unification and Preparation
The most complex and labor-intensive phase of the project. Before import, we had to solve two things at once: standardize the core product attributes — names, specifications, characteristics — so they’d be consistent across the entire catalog; and at the same time, preserve the data that needed to stay unique per export channel. Drawing that line correctly was critical to getting synchronization right down the road.
Catalog Import
Once the data was prepared and verified, we migrated over 13,000 SKUs into WebbyPIM — with all relationships, images, and channel-specific content intact.
OpenCart Plugin Development
We built a custom plugin to integrate WebbyPIM with Euroline’s OpenCart stores. The plugin handles fetching products from PIM and mapping the data on the store side — each shop decides which fields to pull and where to display them.
Internal Database Sync
We set up automatic synchronization between WebbyPIM and the client’s internal database: new SKUs added to Euroline’s system are picked up by PIM automatically, with no manual input required.
Initial PIM Setup
We handled the initial system configuration: setting up sales channels, content languages, and base parameters tailored to Euroline’s business.
Deployment and Infrastructure
We deployed the system to a production server and configured automated backups to keep the catalog data safe.
Results
After rolling out WebbyPIM, Euroline achieved:
- 70% faster time-to-market for new products
- 85% reduction in time spent on content updates
- Changes published across all channels in a single click
- 100% data integrity — one accurate version of every SKU, everywhere
After Launch
After go-live, Euroline moved from managing product data manually across every channel to a single centralized catalog where any update instantly reflects everywhere.
WebbyLab continues to support the system: the team regularly delivers custom WebbyPIM enhancements as Euroline’s business needs evolve.
The catalog has kept growing — from 13,000+ SKUs at launch to over 30,000 today. The system scales right alongside the business.
