Senior B2B Sales Manager (Fintech/IT)

We are looking for a Senior B2B Sales Manager, a communication expert with strong analytical skills to operate in international markets: the UK and EU, Latin America, the Middle East, the South Caucasus (Azerbaijan, Georgia), and Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan).
Our clients are banks, neobanks, payment providers, acquirers, and merchants launching and scaling modern financial services. We expect you to quickly dive into Fintech projects, analyze customer needs, gather and formalize requirements, and, most importantly, create high-quality commercial proposals and BRDs that accelerate development and ensure successful deal closures.
Our Solutions:
- Payment Gateway / Acquiring Platform – a white-label platform for launching payment gateways for PSPs and acquiring banks. It provides intelligent payment routing, integrations with international payment systems, merchant management, and advanced anti-fraud tools.
- Card Issuing Platform / BaaS – a comprehensive solution for card issuance and management. The platform fully implements the issuer-side functionality of card processing, allowing clients to launch their own card programs rapidly.
- KYC / KYB Automation Platform – a platform for automating customer identification, verification, KYC/KYB, and AML procedures, including Customer Due Diligence. It features seamless integration with verification providers and tools for managing the customer lifecycle.
Your Skills:
- English: Advanced or Upper-Intermediate level for fluent negotiations in international markets, including confident understanding of native speakers and various accents;
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within Fintech or complex IT solutions (SaaS, PaaS, on-premises);
- Understanding of the payment ecosystem (Payment Gateway, PayFac/PSP, Principal Member, BaaS, 3D-Secure, PCI DSS, KYC/KYB, EMI/PI);
- Experience in preparing commercial proposals, concluding contracts, and drafting Business Requirements Documents (BRD);
- Readiness to quickly master the technical specifics of products with the support of our team.
In the absence of relevant experience in Fintech sales, we will consider candidates with a general understanding of the payment ecosystem and key concepts (Payment Gateway, PayFac/PSP, Principal Member, BaaS, 3D-Secure, PCI DSS, KYC/KYB, EMI/PI) and a willingness to quickly learn the product specifics and the role.
Would be a plus:
- An existing network of contacts in the Fintech industry;
- Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, Salesforce), Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or AI tools;
- Readiness for client support (Account Management) and participation in marketing activities;
- Eligibility for international travel to participate in specialized conferences and business trips.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing inbound leads through various channels (website, email, LinkedIn, conferences);
- Analyzing client profiles to prepare personalized communication aligned with their needs and business goals;
- Conducting intro and discovery calls, organizing and participating in product demonstrations;
- Preparing commercial proposals, contracts, and supporting documentation;
- Writing business requirements and preparing BRDs in collaboration with technical teams;
- Managing the client journey from initial contact to contract signing and CRM maintenance;
- Participating in conferences, networking events, and actively developing a professional LinkedIn profile;
- Identifying potential deal risks and proactively proposing solutions.
Additional tasks that may arise:
- Participation in forming the marketing strategy for product development.
- Client support in the role of an Account Manager after the contract is signed.
- Launching and monitoring PPC campaigns and participating in website content creation.
