Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

WebbyLab is a Ukrainian IT outsourcing company. We develop scalable and feature-rich Web and Mobile applications using Node.js, React.js, React Native, PHP stack. We have successfully completed projects for Daimler Mercedes-Benz, Bayer, Pfizer, Uber, Ezlo, etc.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to strengthen our product direction – a specialist with experience in developing fintech products, working with complex business logic, customer scenarios, integrations, product metrics, and development teams. This role is for a leader with a full-ownership mindset, capable of driving a product from strategy to release and taking accountability for business outcomes.

Your skill set:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner;
• Experience in fintech domains such as payment systems, banking, PSP, and acquiring;
• Ability to make independent decisions and evaluate them through the lens of business value, costs, and risks;
• Practical experience working with a wide range of stakeholders;
• Ability to collect and structure requirements into a clear scope that is understandable for the development team;
• Understanding of the technical side of a product at the level of component architecture, APIs, and logs;
• Experience successfully using AI in work processes or product solutions;
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach: taking accountability for results and presenting ready-to-implement options;
• English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level.

Would be a plus:

• Technical background in software development or system analysis;
• Experience in product companies with a full cycle from discovery to go-to-market.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and development priorities for fintech products;
• Manage the backlog and priorities based on product metrics;
• Work with stakeholders: collect and structure requirements, identify contradictions, challenge raw requests, and align priorities across different teams;
• Be responsible for all product layers – from interfaces to technical requirements and monitoring;
• Transform complex business requirements into a clear, prioritized scope for the development team;
• Maintain a substantive dialogue with tech leads and architects regarding system requirements;
• Work closely with the Project Manager, development team, QA, designer, marketing, sales, and legal/compliance teams to ensure high-quality launches of product solutions.
