IT Business Analyst

WebbyLab is a Ukrainian IT outsourcing company. We develop scalable and feature-rich Web and Mobile applications using Node.js, React, React Native, PHP stack. We have successfully completed projects for Daimler Mercedes-Benz, Bayer, Pfizer, Uber, Ezlo, etc.

We’re looking for a IT Business Analyst with strong analytical thinking and a deep understanding of AI tools. You’ll quickly get to grips with the client’s processes, gather and formalize requirements, and create analytical artifacts that speed up development and reduce rework. You already use AI agents in your daily requirements work and know where they actually save time.

About the project

A project in the print management domain: a B2B platform that automates print procurement and order management between client companies and manufacturers. 

Your skill set:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• Deep understanding of AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) and hands-on experience using AI agents for requirements analysis, documentation, and prototyping;
• Understanding of Agile principles, Scrum methodology, and business value;
• Experience in pre-sales activities and discovery phases;
• Strong requirements elicitation skills using BA techniques (interviews, questionnaires, prototyping, document analysis, etc.);
• Experience writing documentation (User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, etc.);
• Good knowledge of requirements management and task tracking tools (Jira, visualization tools, Google Analytics);
• Proactivity, responsibility, an analytical mindset, and strong communication and presentation skills;
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with print, e-commerce, marketplace, or supply chain projects;
• Experience analyzing requirements for AI features (LLM integrations, chatbots, RAG);
• Technical background (QA / UI/UX / Software Development);
• Basic knowledge of software architecture;
• Understanding of how APIs work and experience preparing and maintaining API documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and formalize requirements for new client features;
• Use AI agents in requirements analysis: prepare and validate User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and documentation;
• Describe business processes between the customer, the platform, and the vendor;
• Take part in discovery phases: align scope and document agreements;
• Take part in pre-sales: clarify requirements, prepare materials, identify risks and assumptions, support estimation;
• Facilitate technical requirement discussions between stakeholders;
• Prepare and maintain API documentation together with the technical team;
• Prepare reports for management;
• Spot risks early and suggest solutions.
