Office Manager

WebbyLab is a Ukrainian IT outsourcing company. We develop scalable and feature-rich Web and Mobile applications using NodeJs, React, React Native, PHP stack. We have successfully completed projects for Daimler Mercedes-Benz, Bayer, Pfizer, Uber, Ezlo, etc.

Currently, our company consists of more than 130 unique specialists. We are aimed at expanding our team up to 200 members that will share our values, inspire and improve with us.

Our office is a place where our employees spend a lot of time, which is why we do our best to create a friendly environment for our workers. It is important for us not only to keep the office in good order, but also to improve it day by day. In order to fulfil all ideas and provide comfortable working conditions, we would like to engage an office manager with administrative acumen and positive thinking. Responsibilities:

• Maintain comfort in the office (organize minor repairs, contact suppliers, order equipment / branded products/decoration, etc.);
• Order the necessary goods for the office;
• Control the cleanliness and order in the office;
• Monitor and manage office expenses;
• Organize corporate events;
• Meet visitors;
• Monitor the availability of everything necessary for a comfortable working day for company employees;
• Follow instructions from management.
