Personal Assistant to CEO

WebbyLab is a Ukrainian IT outsourcing company. We develop scalable and feature-rich Web and Mobile applications using NodeJs, React, React Native, PHP stack. We have successfully completed projects for Daimler Mercedes-Benz, Bayer, Pfizer, Uber, Ezlo, etc.

We are looking for a person who knows how to organise their work in a way that ensures the comfortable work of the Chief. Our ideal candidate can establish communication with all services for productive cooperation. We need an honest, meticulous, intelligent, systematic, and calm person who doesn’t know the word “impossible”!

Your Skill Set:

• 1+ year of experience in a Personal Assistant or similar administrative position;
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Office, Google Calendar, and Google Docs;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Attention to detail and a diligent, proactive attitude to work;
• Ability to structure information, handle large volumes of tasks, and determine priorities;
• Responsibility and attentiveness while working with documentation;
• Decision-making skills and accountability for those decisions;
• Developed analytical skills and a high degree of attention to detail;
• Completion of higher education, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written).

Responsibilities:

• Organize effective communication between the manager and staff;
• Coordinate and organize meetings, business meetings, and video conferences;
• Prepare necessary documentation, including translation and revision;
• Manage financial reporting;
• Verify contracts and other documents;
• Participate in online and offline meetings, including mandatory attendance at offline meetings in Kyiv;
• Execute and control the manager’s assignments.
