You are already familiar with the 2Smart team and their 2Smart Standalone automation platform.

One of the smart houses based on this flexible platform is in full operation in the suburbs of Kyiv, and here are just some of the scenarios its user has set up. The electric heating boiler automatically turns on at night when the rate is lower. Moreover the lighting inside and outside automatically switches to light masking mode at sunset. Even the extractor in bathrooms turns on automatically when the humidity threshold is exceeded. The house automatically switches itself on backup from batteries when power outage happens and reconnects to the grid when power is restored. The user knows everything that is happening with the house from the messages on the smartphone, even if he is far from it.
