WebbyLab is a Ukrainian IT outsourcing company. We develop scalable and feature-rich Web and Mobile applications using NodeJs, React, React Native, PHP stack. We have successfully completed projects for Daimler Mercedes-Benz, Bayer, Pfizer, Uber, Ezlo, etc.

We’re looking for an IT Project Manager to strengthen our team. You’ll be responsible for launching new projects, supporting existing ones, organizing team processes, and communicating with clients. We expect you to dive deep into the technical side of projects, understand architectural decisions made by the technical team, and clearly communicate them to the client when needed. It’s important to maintain a balance between business and client needs, deliver high-quality results on time, and stay updated on web development trends. Experience with fintech, healthcare, IoT, or e-commerce projects will be a plus.
Your skill set:
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager and 4+ years of overall experience in IT;
- Experience launching projects from scratch: planning, estimation, and setup based on instructions;
- Experience with B2C and B2B products for web and mobile;
- Confident use of AI tools in daily PM work (Claude, Gemini, etc.) for documentation, requirements analysis, and reporting;
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and automations for team and project workflows;
- Good knowledge of software development methodologies and life cycle;
- Experience with task and bug tracking systems (JIRA, ClickUp, Redmine);
- Writing requirements and technical specifications (models, processes, UI prototypes, user scenarios);
- Experience managing multiple projects and teams at the same time;
- Upper-Intermediate English and experience working with international clients.
Would be a plus:
- Technical background (developer, QA);
- Basic knowledge of software architecture;
- Experience delivering AI solutions or AI features in client projects (LLM integrations, chatbots, RAG).
Responsibilities:
- Maintain project documentation and create project plans and estimates;
- Break projects down into tasks, prioritize them, and assign them within the team;
- Work closely with developers and QA engineers throughout the development cycle;
- Run stand-ups and status meetings, and track progress and project status;
- Communicate with the client: negotiations, progress reports, demos, and solution presentations;
- Track team and client satisfaction;
- Take part in hiring new team members.
