We need someone who genuinely cares about how the product works, enjoys writing test documentation, and actively uses AI tools in their daily work.
You will be working on our internal company products: a time and financial tracking system, and a product information management platform. This is a great opportunity to understand processes from scratch, gain unique hands-on experience, boost your autonomy, and grow alongside our innovative products.

- Basic knowledge of QA methodologies and the ability to create clear test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports);
- Experience with API testing using Postman;
- Ability to read technical logs in DevTools (console, network, application tabs);
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management – you’ll be working across multiple projects simultaneously;
- Experience with Google Docs / Google Sheets for documentation and tracking;
- Experience using AI tools in testing processes (e.g. generating test cases, analyzing requirements, automating routine QA tasks).
Would be a plus:
- English B2+ for reading technical documentation and working with international clients;
- Basic command-line skills in Linux and experience with Git;
- Experience setting up local environments using Docker or similar tools.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining up-to-date test documentation (checklists, test cases, bug reports);
- Performing functional, regression, and cross-platform testing to ensure product stability;
- Engaging in requirement analysis and clarifying them together with the team;
- Conducting smoke testing before deployment to demo and production environments;
- Proactively asking questions, identifying gaps, and proposing improvements to product quality.
Our benefits:
- Challenging tasks and continuous professional growth and feedback;
- Want to upgrade your skills? No problem, WebbyLab is ready to compensate for your training, conferences, courses, etc.;
- Internal pieces of training, hackathons, demo presentations of our projects;
- An opportunity to take part in writing technical articles and receive remuneration;
- Technical literature, consulting of our IT specialists;
- Flexible working schedule and type of work (remote/office within Ukraine);
- 20 working days of paid vacation, sick leave.
Please indicate your salary expectations, and provide a detailed description of your experience, skills, and contact details in your CV/cover letter.
