Marketing Lead
WebbyLab is a Ukrainian IT outsourcing company. We develop scalable and feature-rich Web and Mobile applications using Node.js, React.js, React Native, PHP stack. We have successfully completed projects for Daimler Mercedes-Benz, Bayer, Pfizer, Uber, Ezlo, etc.

For our business development, we are looking for a Marketing Lead – an independent, curious specialist who is not afraid to build processes from scratch, loves to test hypotheses in practice and is ready to take full responsibility for the result. We need a person who cares where the company’s clients come from, who gets a kick out of finding working lead generation channels and actively uses AI tools in their work.
You will be responsible for building the company’s marketing function from scratch – from positioning and ICP to channels for attracting B2B clients from international markets. This is a great opportunity to independently build processes, gain unique practical experience and see the direct impact of your work on the business result.
Your skill set:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing at an IT services / outsourcing / consulting company;
- Experience defining ICP and building positioning for a B2B product or service;
- Experience building a company’s marketing ecosystem from scratch, with an understanding of the specifics of launching and structuring processes at an early stage;
- Hands-on experience in content, SEO, and paid advertising – doing the work yourself, not just briefing contractors;
- Understanding of inbound and paid lead-gen channels, and the ability to test hypotheses;
- Experience working hands-on with the company website (structure, copywriting, conversion pages) and building a sales strategy for both services and the company’s ready-made products;
- Experience collaborating with a sales team: defining a qualified lead, building the handoff process, and sharing ownership of the pipeline;
- Confident in reading analytics (GA4, Search Console) and making data-driven decisions;
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) in daily work – for content, analysis, and automating routine marketing tasks;
- High level of spoken English.
Would be a plus:
- Outbound skills (LinkedIn, email sequences);
- Experience with employer branding (DOU, conference participation);
- Experience automating marketing processes via Make / Zapier / n8n or AI agents.
Your responsibilities:
- Define the company’s positioning and ICP;
- Build WebbyLab’s positioning so it stands out from a typical “just another outsourcing vendor”;
- Develop a separate sales strategy for two directions — outsourcing services and the company’s own products — since they have different ICPs, value propositions, and buyer journeys;
- Own the content strategy: technical articles, case studies, lead magnets;
- Work on SEO and new approaches to optimizing content for AI search;
- Independently make website updates: structure, copywriting, conversion pages for selling both services and products;
- Maintain and strengthen the company’s profiles on Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush;
- Launch and test paid and inbound channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn);
- Test hypotheses in practice;
- Work with the sales team to define what a qualified lead is, and build the lead handoff process;
- Confidently read GA4 and Search Console, and make data-driven decisions;
- Set up analytics and report on results regularly.
