B2B Marketing Manager

WebbyLab is a Ukrainian IT outsourcing company. We develop scalable and feature-rich Web and Mobile applications using Node.js, React.js, React Native, PHP stack. We have successfully completed projects for Daimler Mercedes-Benz, Bayer, Pfizer, Uber, Ezlo, etc.

Currently, our company consists of more than 100 first-rate specialists. Our objective is to enhance our team with even more exceptional talents who will embrace our values, inspire others, and grow alongside us as we work towards achieving all our goals.

We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to help drive WebbyLab’s next stage of growth. This is a role for a self-driven, curious marketer who isn’t afraid to build from scratch, understands what drives B2B clients, and turns hypotheses into real experiments.

You’ll be our first marketer and build the marketing function from the ground up, from positioning and ICP to the channels that bring B2B clients from international markets. You’ll start every initiative with its goal and audience, and only then choose the channel and how to execute. You’ll test ideas in practice, analyze both successful and unsuccessful launches, and use data to decide what to scale, change, or stop.

You’ll run the chosen channels yourself, from content and SEO to paid, the website, and analytics, and use AI to do it faster. Working closely with leadership and the sales team, you’ll own the result and see how your decisions turn into qualified leads, pipeline, and business growth.

Your skill set:

• 4+ years in B2B marketing (IT services or SaaS is a strong plus);
• Experience making ICP, positioning and go-to-market decisions and explaining the reasoning behind them;
• Experience formulating and testing marketing hypotheses and deciding, based on numbers, which ones to scale or stop;
• Understanding of how marketing turns into qualified leads, pipeline and revenue, and how these results differ from traffic, impressions and rankings;
• Experience with Clutch, GoodFirms;
• Active daily use of AI tools and the ability to critically evaluate their output;
• Desire to build marketing from scratch;
• Willingness to act on a clear vision, own your decisions and honestly admit when a hypothesis didn’t work.

Would be a plus:

• Hands-on experience in at least 3 of the following areas: content, paid advertising, website management, SEO, email / LinkedIn. We mean doing the work yourself, not only assigning tasks to contractors;
• Outbound skills (LinkedIn, email sequences);
• Experience promoting not only services but also ready-made products;
• Employer branding experience (DOU, conference participation);
• Marketing automation with Make / Zapier / n8n or AI agents;
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze target markets, customer segments and business opportunities to find growth points;
• Shape and refine positioning, ICP and value propositions for outsourced services and the company’s product solutions;
• Research clients, the market and competitors and turn insights into marketing hypotheses;
• Prioritize hypotheses by business impact and define expected outcomes and success metrics before launch;
• Choose the audience, message, channel and testing format for each hypothesis;
• Analyze experiment results and decide what to scale, iterate or stop;
• Run key channels yourself (content, SEO and AI search, the website, paid campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn) as tools to test hypotheses, not as goals in themselves;
• Use AI and automation to speed up research, analytics, content production and routine tasks;
• Create expert content together with our engineers and maintain the company’s profiles on Clutch, GoodFirms and DesignRush;
• Set up lead handoff with the sales team, collect feedback on lead quality and use it to improve hypotheses;
• Regularly report on how marketing affects qualified leads, opportunities and pipeline, what we’ve tested and what comes next.

Our benefits:

• Direct access to leadership: you work closely with management and the sales team, and decisions are made fast, with no red tape;
• Strong cases of international brands for your portfolio;
• Challenging tasks and continuous professional growth and feedback;
• Want to upgrade your skills? No problem, WebbyLab is ready to partially compensate for your training, conferences, courses, etc.;
• An opportunity to take part in writing technical articles and receive remuneration;
• Access to our engineers’ expertise: consulting, technical literature and a deep dive into IoT, FinTech and E-commerce;
• Flexible schedule, fully remote within Ukraine or the Kyiv office, whichever works for you;
• Official employment under a gig contract (Diia City);
• Paid vacation of 20 working days, sick leave.

Please indicate the salary expectations, detailed description of your experience, skills, contact details in the CV/cover letter.

Note: our recruiting team will consider your application and will contact you if your experience and qualifications align with the role. If you do not receive a response, don’t worry, it means we have kept your resume on file for future opportunities.
